At NashikFresh, we deal in fresh fruits, vegetables, grocery items, and related products. Due to the perishable nature of most products, our return policy is limited and clearly defined below.


1. Eligible Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

• Product received is damaged or spoiled
• Wrong product delivered
• Product missing from the order

📌 Important:
Return request must be raised on the same day of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Fresh fruits and vegetables once accepted by the customer
• Grocery items opened or used
• Products damaged after delivery
• Orders reported after the allowed time window


3. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact us on the same day of delivery

  2. Share order details and clear photos of the issue

  3. Our team will verify the request

Once approved, we may:
• Arrange a replacement, or
• Initiate a refund as per our Refund Policy

In case of partial order issues (missing or damaged items), partial refunds may be issued accordingly.


5. Cancellation Refunds
